Administrative Positions: Admin I and Admin II
*Minimum 60 college credit hours from an accredited college/university recognized by the US Department of Education.
*Be technologically savvy with a high level of proficiency with MS Office/Word and web-conferencing software.
*Ability to work independently and coordinate work of others.
*Strong communication skills; thorough and attention to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline-oriented.
*Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
*Perform sensitive and confidential task.
*Pass clerical and computer skills test.

DUTIES:
*Answering incoming calls; direct them accordingly.
*Supporting a departmental team.
*Complete special projects from beginning to end.
*Research of information.
*Create, modify and format dynamic presentations, documents, brochures, publications, grants, flyers, macros, graphics
*Type correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports as directed
* Provide administrative support to an individual or department
* Create and maintain database 

Must be:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Extensive experience with Access, Excel, MS Word and Visio
- Able to create dynamic tables and graphs in Excel
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years consistent administrative experience or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have ability to gather, organize, and perform limited analysis of data
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and very organized
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Admin Asst II
-Able to manage heavy call volume
-Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Responsible for service calls on all office machines (i.e. copiers, printers)
-Process faxes
-Follow-up with client
_General administrative duties: filing, copying, binding, and sorting
-Assist Administrative I as needed
-Create Excel spreadsheets
-Knowledge of QuickBooks

Instructional Positions:
Minimum criteria for becoming a tutor:
*60 college credit hours from an accredited college/university recognized by the US Department of Education and GPA 2.8
*Unless otherwise noted tutoring positions are for secondary or post-secondary levels.
*Mode of instruction: Online or Offline
*Applicant's with instructional or administrative experience and/or an educator's state certificate are given hiring and scheduling preference. 
*Convey subject matter with proficiency, clarity, and passion. 
*Applicant must be conversant with the latest technologies  
*Applicant must also have a personal computer with: Webcam, All-In-One printer capabilities, ( fax, copy, scan, print), High-speed connectivity, capabilities for video-conferencing, security suite and a personal email account.
*Administer and score assessments, develop student learning plan, consult with parents and stakeholders as needed regarding student's profile, submit progress report, conduct tutorial sessions.
*All instructors/coordinators are independent contractors.  
*Reliable transportation is required for offline staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists in the administration and support of a specific program, ensuring appropriate compliance with policies and procedures. Distributes program informational materials. Attends district meeting. Handles logistics of recruitment, enrollment and facility arrangements. Establishes positive working relationship with colleagues, students, parents school personnel and community officials.  Ensures tutors comply with the program procedures. Assist in program recruitment activities. Collects, organizes, analyzes, enters and retrieves data to generate accurate and complete reports. Respond to electronic and telephonic querys.  Conduct survey to ensure tutors are compling with procedures. Must be able to work independently. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of clerical or secretarial experience or a bachelor's degree. May require the ability to type or keyboard 55 accurate words per minute. Previous experience with various personal computer software applications.
Highly organizationed, able to supervise others.

Level II background check includes being fingerprinted by vendor/school district(s). The cost is approximately $85, at the applicant’s expense. Please note that some applicants expense may be significantly less due to a previous security clearance.
Upon acceptance of hiring, sign and return agreement, participate in orientation and professional development training. 

Tutor Compensation 2011-2012
SES group tutorial setting:
*60 college credits or Associates degree - $15/hour
*     Bachelor degree and above - $20/hour
*Administered assessments (pre-test and post-test) are $10/hour maximum (1.25 hrs) per     group

Coordinator Compensation 2011-2012
* Based on region, number of students, retention rate and number of tutors.
